Our Wedding’s First Dance Song

I really like our first dance song at our wedding, it is one of the more unusual first dance songs you will hear. We decided to go with “Waste” by Phish. Phish isn’t known for their slow dance songs, but Waste is definitely a great first dance song. The basic premise of the song is that I will be willing to do anything if you are willing to waste a little time with me. It’s a lovely concept and definitely better than those super sappy songs which make me want to gag my brains out. We could have chosen any Olivia Newton John song, but this one had a meaning that fits us both and is very easy to dance to. Everyone told us how much they enjoyed our song too. It was unique and people were crying to the song because of the words. It is just an unusual take on love.
